The Bake One (Lebanese Restaurant Gosforth)

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious — the chicken wraps were packed with flavor and perfectly grilled, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The sides added a nice freshness and crunch to the meal, and the sauces complemented everything really well. On top of that, the customer service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Fantastic food The grilled food is excellent. It’s very tasty and the price is reasonable. Service is prompt and staff are attentive. I would recommend if you like grilled food. The pizza was generous too for a kids meal! Takeout was fresh too. Would go again.

I took my daughter, my friend and her two kids for a birthday. We were greeted by Maria and were given the whole of upstairs to ourselves and I'd mentioned about the birthday and they'd done a load of balloons which I thought was so nice so thankyou for that! We started by getting a Tomato and Onion salad for my friend and I got the Kibbeh Shameyieh - deep fried lamb meatballs with cracked wheat n sautéed onions. We absolutely loved both, bags of flavour in the meatballs too and perfectly crunchy on the outside. We let the kids get their meals first before we got our Mega Board... They opted for a Margherita Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza - the said it was the best ever!! Clean plates all round. My daughter chicken nuggets and chips were a very generous portion and nuggets were huge. Now for the main event, the Mega Grill - this as you can see is huge it comes with chicken, lamb shawarma, chicken chunks, chicken drumsticks, halloumi, chicken and lamb kafta along with rice and chips and all your typical side salad and veg. Absolutely delicious it was, I couldn't get over the size of the drumsticks to be honest huge! The shawarma meats were very flavourful and I liked the halloumi too as their sister restaurant The Bake in Eldon square did not... The kofta were lovely too. Maria our waitress was on hand and foot for more breads, dips and drinks she did a fantastic job for the 2 and half hours we were there.

Visited last night and our food was incredible, we shared a mixed grill board for two with sides and also some falafel. The best falafel ive had, I could of ate a hundred of them! All the meat was cooked to perfection and the shawarmas, oh my were packed of flavour and succulent. I absolutely love this restaurant, the food is always amazing and the service is exceptional, Abdullah and his staff are great. Highly recommend- from a regular visitor. Thanks again

Went with some friends and got a shared platter. It was a generous portion of food but we didn't leave a grain of rice it tasted so good! The staff we very accommodating and friendly and the hygiene was of high standard. We had a lovely evening and were pleasantly surprised by the free starter salad and chilled bottled water

We are vegetarian and love ordering online from this place. Moutabal and falafel were particularly delish. Visiting it in person was a pleasant experience. Staff super attentive. We've got complimentary tea and desert which was an extra nice touch from a already welcoming staff.
